Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.

About the change the style, size or photo
If you want to change the style, size or photo of the socks, please contact us by email within 24 hours with your order number and the style, size, etc. that need to be changed. We will complete the changes as soon as possible and will reply your email in the first time.

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us by email within 24 hours with your order number, current shipping address and shipping address you wish to change to. We will change the shipping address before your order leaves our factory.
Please note that if the order has left the factory, then we do not have permission to change the address.Please contact the courier company to change the address. If the express company need additional charges for changing address,the we do not afford for the freight.

About damage and printing errors

Although we use the best materials and processes, it is still difficult to avoid exceptional quality problems. If your product is defective (such as breakage, printing errors, etc.), we will reprint and send it for free. If this happens, please contact us by email with your product picture and order number. We will reprint the item for you and send it to you within seven business days.
Please note that the size, color and image you upload will be printed on your item. If you fail to select the correct size, color or image and send it to us, We do not response for this.
If any damage or printing errors problems,pls contact us within 1 month of the original order date. If you contact us at later than 1 month of the original order date,We do not response for remaking these damage or printing error socks.

Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of any item before purchasing.

Lost package
All items purchased from are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.But If your package is lost during shipping and the socks are still necessary, we would be happy to remake and mail it to you,we only charge for socks manufacture cost.

Exchange & Return
If the request of order cancellation within 24 hours after purchasing(within 12 hours for VIP service orders), Exceeded the preset time, you have to paid $9 custom fee for each item, as our socks are personalized custom products.
